2. General Refund Policy

At ISA Acting Coaching, we strive to provide the highest quality coaching and educational services. Due to the nature of our services, we have specific refund policies for different types of sessions and workshops. Please review the details below before making a booking.

3. Private Coaching Sessions
  • Cancellations with Notice: Clients who cancel at least 5 DAYS before the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling option. This cancellation period is necessary so we have enough time to reassign your scene partner a new partner and scene or exercise.

  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the session and no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Cancellations by ISA Acting Coaching: If a session is canceled by us, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

 
4. Workshops & Group Classes
  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds for workshops and group classes are only available if requested at least 5 days before the program start date.

  • Non-Refundable Situations: Once a workshop or class has started, no refunds will be issued. If a client misses a session, no partial refunds or make-up classes will be provided unless otherwise stated.

  • Cancellations by ISA Acting Coaching: If a workshop or class is canceled by us, clients will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session.

 
5. Digital Products & Online Courses (If Applicable)
  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of online courses, downloadable materials, and digital products are final and non-refundable.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing digital content, please contact us for assistance.

 
6. Special Circumstances

Refund requests outside of the standard policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of ISA Acting Coaching. Any exceptions granted do not set a precedent for future cases.
